Loved the Submodality video. Very explicit in the "how to". Wondering why you didn't mention dragging the image down to the right corner of your visual screen? One possible add-on might be to make some models with the other items you mentioned: how you feel about yourself, how to change how you feel about someone else, etc.  No need to repeat all the explanation, just additional specifics on accomplishing the same submodality change thing in other areas.  Maybe you already had that in mind?  Anyway, the video seemed a good intro to using submodalities and promises a quick success for anyone who took it seriously and tried it. ( did you like my feedback sandwich?)

BTW, While I watched, I mentally changed my perfectly good pint of hoppy IPA into a yellow fizzy mass marketed beer! ....YUCK! that was nasty! Thanks a lot!! - Paul Binkley
